We utilize multiple couriers for all deliveries, both within the UK and internationally. Occasionally, parcels may become lost in transit, necessitating a claim for a missing parcel. Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your order. If they are unable to do so for any reason, they will leave a calling card notifying you that your order will be returned to us.

Unfortunately, orders returned by the courier cannot be redirected to customers but will be fully refunded once processed by our warehouse team. If you still need the items, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
