Total customer satisfaction is our goal. We will accept returns up to 14 days after shipping, providing they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please contact us prior to any return to get authorisation and include the original sales receipt in the return package.

Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Contact us on 01942 497707 prior to returning the goods.

2. Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund & the reason for the return.

3. Attach the label provided on the despatch note/invoice to the parcel. If you no longer have this then please send the parcel to:
