A. We have a wide range of children’s products including protective wear and team wear.


A. Orders will usually take between 7-8 working days to arrive. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Channel Island and Scottish islands may take an additional day or two to arrive depending on their remoteness. In some such cases delays may also be caused by weather conditions.


A. If you receive a faulty item please contact the Customer Care team via e-mail at enquiries@optimumsport.com who will help you resolve any difficulties or arrange a replacement if needed, alternatively call 01942 497707.


A. You can pay for your goods with any of the following major credit / debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, and Electron. We use a secure encrypted connection when dealing with your payment details to ensure it's safe to use your card over the Internet. All payments are taken from the card on dispatch of your goods.


A. We use the latest security technology to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site. Most browsers display a small padlock symbol on your browser to reassure you this is secure. Some operating systems will display a message too stating that you are entering into a secure web site. If at any time you leave the secure area of the site, your operating system may remind you that you are leaving a secure part of the site. You will be asked if you want to cancel this reminder for future occasions.
