All UK based internet orders qualify for our special half price postage as long as the weight of the order is under 2kg.
All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.
Please note we are no longer able to process any orders outside the UK

If you believe your parcel to be lost, then please contact our customer services department on 01942 497707, to investigate further. Please allow 10 working days for Royal Mail (up to 2Kg's) and 3 working days for Securicor (up to 20Kg's). On receipt of your order we suggest that you carefully check your invoice/dispatch note and ensure that the contents comply accordingly.
We promise to do everything we can to get your order to you within 2 days from receipt. However, at times due to product shortage or peak demand (e.g. beginning of season), delivery may extend to 4-7 days.
In the event of an item being damaged and the damage in your opinion is due to defective materials or poor workmanship, and of which you feel you have not had justified use, we request that they be returned for our inspection immediately. Under no circumstances must items be continually worn, when in your opinion they are damaged. Please direct all returns to the Returns Department.
We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any items purchased online from Optimum. You can claim a full refund (less P&P) on any unsoiled item returned to us within 14 days, or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item. Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed once we have received the returned item/s.
With regards to export orders, we have found that they are easier to deal with via fax or e-mail rather than by post or telephone. Please fax your orders on 0044 (0)1942 511467, or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and a member of our exports department will evaluate the cost of shipment and fax the details back to you. Quotations are dependent upon the weight of the consignment and therefore specific requirements must be given. Orders from BFPO areas are eligible for VAT exemption, only via our postal and telephone ordering, and must be accompanied by written authorisation from the customers Commanding Officer. Postage and Packaging charges are as inland rates shown on the order form, for orders from BFPO areas.
Unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please contact us prior to any return to get authorisation and include the original sales receipt in the return package.
Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
