UK orders over £50 qualify for our FREE delivery service. Orders under £50 will be subject to a £3 delivery fee and all orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s 1st Class delivery service. For our full delivery rates, please see the table below.

For customers in Non EU countries if goods are being sent outside of the EU we will remove any VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing rate by the UK government to goods purchased. Customs or import duties may then be applied once the package reaches it destination country.
Please note that a parcel is only deemed missing after 28 working days. A claim for a missing parcel can not be started until this time has passed.
Click & Collect offers all the benefits of shopping online with the added convenience of picking up your order at a time that suits you. This service is available free of charge and can be selected at checkout, once your order has been confirmed please allow 1 working hour before collecting your goods. All orders can be collected from our Wigan HQ at the following address Monday - Friday, 8.30am until 5pm. 26-28 Cinnamon Brow Business Park, Makerfield Way, Higher Ince, Wigan, WN2 2PR. Please also bring a copy of your order receipt that was emailed to you or a record of your order number.
If you believe your parcel to be lost, then please contact our customer services department on 01942 497707, to investigate further. Please allow 10 working days for Royal Mail (up to 2Kg's) and 3 working days for UPS (up to 20Kg's). On receipt of your order we suggest that you carefully check your invoice/dispatch note and ensure that the contents comply accordingly.
Unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us prior to any return to get authorisation and include the original sales receipt in the return package. Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
